The house is perfectly suited to groups, and ranges from $295 in the winter to $350 in the summer. The cleaning fee of $100 is waived if you stay more than one night.
If the house has not been rented to an entire group, then individual rooms may be available. One of the rooms (Dan’s room) has a private bath, and the others share conveniently located baths. The bedroom downstairs has a king bed and a bath adjacent.
